Governing the use of the SitePass Platform
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Avantix SitePass, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Subscription & Licensing
The system is provided on a subscription basis. Licensing is tiered based on site count and required modules (Visitor, Contractor, Safety).
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
4. Limitation of Liability
Avantix Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the system.
